Pathways is a workplace interior design project for TikTok’s London office, centered around the emotional experience of spatial belonging. Using urban planning as a conceptual framework, the design employs light, movement, and material contrast to define public and private zones across the floor. Inspired by urban pathways, architectural voyeurism, and films like Severance and Playtime, the layout guides users through organically curved corridors that mimic the rhythms of a city. By manipulating light and visibility, the project invites curiosity, shapes interaction, and builds a sense of community within the workspace.
